Hello! My name is Maria, but everyone calls me Titi! I’m the founder of SoHaus and hold a degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from the University of Houston. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I bring a multicultural lens to everything I create.
My journey into marketing officially started after graduating, in the oilfield industry, followed by a deep dive into dental marketing. However, my passion for content creation began long before that. While in college, I was already managing social media and creating on-camera videos for local businesses, which helped me build a strong foundation in storytelling and visual communication.
Today, I lead strategy and creative direction at SoHaus, turning bold ideas into scroll-stopping content that connects and converts. Whether it’s a full-scale campaign or an organic social strategy, I focus on building brands with intention, creativity, and results.

I’m Angel Benavides, lead photographer, and filmmaker at SoHaus. For more than seven years I’ve specialized in transforming brand stories into compelling visuals that perform across every screen and platform. From product launches and commercial campaigns to high-energy events, my focus is always the same: create strategic, cinematic content that captures attention and drives measurable results.
I’m passionate about elevating every project—whether highlighting a luxury bottle, documenting a milestone event, or producing a month’s worth of thumb-stopping social reels. I’m Paula Urdaneta — a bilingual social media marketing expert and on-camera talent with a passion for helping brands connect, communicate, and stand out. With experience across industries like oil and gas, news media, dental marketing, and branding, I bring a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and performance to every project.
Since 2018, I’ve built a diverse career in marketing and earned my BA in Strategic Communications with a concentration in public relations from the University of Houston in 2022. Over the years, I’ve led impactful campaigns in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, focusing on influencer marketing, media buying, and content creation.
I’m also experienced in live TV reporting, teleprompter use, interviewing, and national commercial acting—allowing me to deliver brand messages with authenticity and cultural fluency. As co-founder of SoHaus Marketing, I’m dedicated to helping brands grow and stand out in today’s digital world through powerful storytelling and strategic execution.

We’re SoHaus—a creative marketing agency founded by three friends with a shared vision: to help brands actually stand out in today’s digital world.
SoHaus was born out of real chemistry and complementary strengths. With backgrounds in marketing, branding, social media, and video production, we came together while working on a dental marketing team and instantly clicked. We realized that as a team, our ideas were stronger and our creativity flowed.
Together, we bring the full package: creative direction, content creation, and strategy—plus high-impact visuals that move people to action. With hands-on experience in industries like restaurants, bars, food, events, oilfield, dental, and media, we’ve worked on everything from local campaigns to full-scale brand launches. Whether we’re leading a product shoot or building a full content strategy, our focus is always the same: create content that connects.
